[hpsdr] Hermes/Metis Gnuradio update

Hi John,

That should work OK. The protocol over the Ethernet are very similar for
the two system. Natually features that Hermes has (e.g. 31dB stepped
attenuator) that the HPSDR board sets don't will not be supported.
