[hpsdr] Beginner OpenHPSDR Linux

Hi Mike

I don't use Ubuntu, I come from a RedHat background so I stick to Fedora or Centos. In 'yum' there is an option --nogpgcheck to disable the GPG signature checking. I suspect there is a similar option in 'apt-get' under Ubuntu but I don't know what it is precisely.
