[hpsdr] KISS 1.1.24 used with VAC from digital program?

KISS Konsole 1.1.24 does not support VAC.  No version of KISS Konsole supports VAC.  For
VAC support, please use PowerSDR.

Of course, intrepid, brave programmers are welcome to attempt to add VAC to KISS.  If you
succeed, I'd be happy to consider taking your changes into the main stream of KISS
Konsole.
