[hpsdr] Alex coupler w/Hermes

Hi John,

I'm not familiar with version 2.2.3, but with version 2.2.6 you can read
both forward and reflected power.

Caveat: I am running the Anan-10, which should be equivalent to Hermes and
Alex plus a small PA.
