[hpsdr] multiple Mercury ops w/W5WC's PowerSDR program(s)

All, 

Due to the firmware version checking code in Doug W5WC's PowerSDR versions you must run his program using the "no firmware checking" option if you have my multiple Mercury firmware set loaded into your boards.  To do this you may open a command window and run Doug's program using the command:  

PowerSDR.exe --no-firmware-version-check

The multiple-Mercury firmware set from my website is actually compatible with W5WC's program, even though the internal version checking in his program doesn't allow for it.  

I'm wondering whether we actually need such firmware version checking in our PowerSDR programs or not, as a matter of fact.
