[hpsdr] Hermes PCBs

All,

There are a small number of bare Hermes PCBs still available.  These are
slightly different to the board that will go into production in that the
type of a number of connectors has been changed.

The boards are electrically identical to the pre-production boards, a
number have already been built and they work 100%.
