[hpsdr] Cost Comparisons

I have grown tired of the cost comparison dialogue.

 

I have faith that the parties who have designed, developed, kited, found
manufacturers, and  made the hardware and software available to us. I
believe they have done a very professional job of sourcing and pricing.    

 

Their contributions have added greatly to my enjoyment of the hobby and I
encourage them to continue their efforts.
