[hpsdr] PowerSDR Question

I seem to be having a strange problem loading PowerSDR.

 

I am attempting to load the 2.2.3 version, but when I do this with the Ozy
installed, I launch it, but it seems to be coming up as 1.19.3.3 every time.

 

Must be a config I have botched up somewhere on this other computer, than my
normal system I use that with, and Metis that works fine.

 

Any ideas what could be causing that ?
