Yes indeed..

Definitely taking care of the things that normally trip me up like that.. :)

Power cycle Atlas and restart HPSDRProgrammer between each attempt.

Have been doing this on my Win7 64bit machine all along, and just tried it
from an XP 32bit machine, to take that out of the equation as well.

Was there something else that was necessary like wincap drivers or something
?

I thought I remembered that in the early days of this.
