Just to correct you on one point: My callsign is LA2NI, not LA9CY, he is a  
friend of mine but has not contribute to the development of Hermes!

Else I find all your arguments OK and I think the idea of starting  
production in India is excellent but it must wait until TAPR have all  
their expenses covered.
