[hpsdr] Need Help Setting Up a SVN Download of PowerSDR 2.2.3

The files at the address you gave:

sure look like the ones I need to install 3.2.2 without using SVN.

I'm trying to figure out how to download them and install them on my memory stick.
I can't seem to find and way to do this with Windows Explorer 

Thanks for any ideas you or anyone else has. Must be real simple! I just can't come
up with it.
