[hpsdr] PowerSDR 2361 don't see hardware

Wanted update PowerSDR from 2341 4/8/12 to newest version but get connect failure with hardware.
Setup:
W7 pro 64
4 core HP computer, 1 ethernet port
Metis 1.6
Mercury 3.1 
Penny 1.6
Running 2 instances of PowerSDR via a Netgear ProSafe 8 Port Gigabit Switch GS108 for 2 HPSDR sets simultaneously. Bypassing firmware check doesn't help. Had to go back to 2341.
What did I miss?
