[hpsdr] Startup Problem with 2369 and Earlier

Doug,

The file initOzy11.bat in 2369 and earlier directs the use of 
Ozy_Janus.v21.rbf to be loaded
for the firmware for Ozy and its descendants. It should be 
Ozy_Janus.v22.rbf to get a firmware
of V2.2 which is what 2361 and later expect. As it is, I get an 
Invalid Firmware error and the
program won't run.

I have corrected my copy of initOzy11.bat per suggestion from K5SO 
dated May 11, 2012.
PowerSDR runs fine now but others may have problems as I did.
