[hpsdr] Mic on Pennylane doesn't work after upgrading Firmwareto V1.7

Hi Phil, HPSDR,

I had the same versions warning with George's latest KK 1.1.12.0 yesterday
and solved it by replacing the Ozy_Janus.v22.rbf distributed with KK with
the one from the latest W5WC distribution.

After upgrading to Penny 1.7 and Mercury 3.2 (Magister here) my microphone
is not working anymore, both in W5WC and KK. Probably I should revert the
boards to the previous versions just to make sure.
