[hpsdr] Metis hang

yep...you're not alone !  I checked various possibilities (power supply,
temperature, another Metis) but the problem persists. I would not rule out
the temperature problem, and I'm pretty sure its a problem of Metis, not of
Mercury.

Metis v1.8, Mercury v3.2



BUT NOT with Hermes v1.7 !   :-)
