[hpsdr] Metis hang

The culprit is U15, this is a switching MOSFET used by micrel with their
PHY chip for the 1.2v supply, I noticed this problem when we build the
Alpha Ethernet Hermes and replaced it with a 1.2v LDO, the only way of
solving this issue is to provide active cooling such as a fan,
