Well,

I'm at 1050 masl in the Swiss Alps, the house is made of reinforced concrete
and have an excellent antenna position. I'm using Lady Heather with a 2002
Thunderbolt and a EEE PC Netbook. More I cannot add...

Of course you're right - there should be minor changes in Altitude, I don't
know if I can log that with Lady Heather, but for DF it's not so important
:)

You are standing at the end of a road before a small brick building. Around
you is a forest.
A small stream flows out of the building and down a gully. The sunspot count
is 285.

Yes... very strange. I'd expect to see some mm of change due to daily
thermal expansion in the antenna support, changing tidal stresses on the
land and changes in the index of refraction along the path(s) to the GPS
satellite. Among other things. These will affect any GPS receiver.
