[hpsdr] ASIO

Hi Simon,
several yrs ago FLEX had it's customers using "ASIO4ALL"
from this webpage: http://www.asio4all.com/ I don't know
if it is still an important part of ASIO or not.

Many of us invested $35 in "VAC" and abandon the ASIO4ALL
as the audio cards changed so often.
