[hpsdr] Startup Problems

All,

I am in the process of switching from Magister to Metis.  My current setup is as follows:

Metis (v1.8)
Mercury (v3.2)
PennyWhistle (v1.7)
PowerSDR (v2.2.3)
Excalibur
Alexiares

When I start PowerSDR I get the following error:

Invalid F/W
  Metis 1.8
  Mercury 3.2
  Penny v2.2.3

Metis Address is as follows:

  IP  169.254.247.43
  MAC:   00.09:46.05:f7:2b

Does anyone have any idea what may be the problem?
