Luke,

FYI the  picoPSU-160-XT (if that is indeed what you have) is only rated 
for 12V input, not the typical 13.8V available from most ham shack PSUs.

I'm currently using the picoPSU-120-WI-25 which operates over an input 
voltage range of 12-25V and has the 20pin connector.
