[hpsdr] PowerSDR maintenance updates added to svn.

 Many Thanks to Bill, kd5tfd, and many others for this maintenance update.
This fixed my problem of having to unplug second LAN from PC for PowerSDR to find Metis.
After it found it I could plug my second LAN port back in and all was ok.  But not having
to unplug each time starting PowerSDR is a great help.  Thanks again.

All,

Added to both releases of PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR today was an update by Bill
(KD5TFD), which corrects the discovery problem when using a Metis interface
board with a PC having multiple network adapters. 
The 60m spectrum for the Denmark and Extended regions was widened to allow
for transmissions anywhere in the band. 
There was a problem using the Frequency Calibration function on the two
receiver version. During the calibration test the radio would power down and
set the frequency offset to an incorrect value. The Frequency Calibration is
now functioning correctly.
