[hpsdr] Hermes Documents

There is some additional documentation available for those building Hermes 
boards.

In SVN  under

\Hermes\Documentation

you will find V1.1 of the Hermes User Manual, which has a minor edit.  There 
is also a new document

Startup Hermes_V1.0.pdf

This explains how to bring up a home built Hermes board and how to load and 
configure PowerSDR(TM).
Again, I've written this without access to an actual Hermes board so there 
is a high likely to be some errors.

There is also a new subdirectory

\Build_Photos

Here you will find a set of photos by Michael Wild. The photos  make it 
easier finding the places for the SMD parts which are used in a higher 
quantity (100nF, 10nF, 10K, 10µF).

Additionally the \Release directory contains the compiled  Bootloader and 
Hermes code ready for loading into the Hermes board.

Please note that the links in the documents to openHPSDR.org are not yet in 
place.

Feedback and corrections to the documents would be appreciated.
