[hpsdr] TAPR SVN WORKING?

 Thanks David,  that part works, but when I run PowerSDR a small window opens that says program has stopped working.  However, I've noticed that if I do not close the small window I can run in demo mode.   

The hpsdr wiki page http://openhpsdr.org/wiki/index.php?title=Quick_Startup_Guide_%28Windows%29#Preparation_for_PowerSDR_Installation  needs to have the new info which you've given me updated.

Try replacing the "svn://" with "http://" and removing the /svn after 
.org --
so that the url would be

http://svn.tapr.org/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyMerge/bin/Release
