[hpsdr] PennyWhistle Connection Diagram

HPSDR,

I did a search of e-mail that I have - not exhaustive by any means - but
has anyone noticed that the Bias Control and Ground Pin numbers are
reversed in the below diagram?  (please see PennyWhistle connection diagram
in the pdf on the web-site)

I wondered why my amp was starting to heat up when it wasn't doing anything.
