[hpsdr] Visual Studio version for PowerSDR...

What's the ideal version of Visual Studio for working with PowerSDR?  I 
think in the past it was VS2003 but I suspect that is no longer the case.

Maybe I just answered my own question - looks like the solution files in 
my svn folders are VS2008.
