[hpsdr] PennyWhistle Connection Diagram

Pete,

My amp got pretty hot during this process - I am wondering now if anything
is damaged.

This obviously needs to be fixed - in the documentation.  Maybe we need to
have an errata section where we accumulate these sort of items so no one
else has to experience it.  Got out my infrared gun and was measuring temps
in the 120 degrees Fahrenheit range while the amp was just sitting there -
so I knew something was wrong.
