[hpsdr] Strange behaviour of PowerSDR

Dear Giovanni,

PowerSDR (and KISS) are not designed to run on netbooks.  The display height
required is greater than a netbook typically has.  As far as I know, there
is no plan to deal with this, as many netbooks don't really have the power
required to do the DSP processing, keep the display updated, and not drop
frames.

I think that 1024 is just a bit not wide enough, and I think that you need
at least 768 if not 800 height for success.
