[hpsdr] Strange behaviour of PowerSDR

Hi all, I'm trying to run powersdr 2.2.3 on an acer netbook with a screen resolution of 1024 X 600.
The console display is truncated about the middle of the passband buttons. If I try to enlarge the window, the console expands but the truncation remains. 
If I run powersdr on a desktop computer with a 1600 X 1200 monitor, then I can see the whole console.
Has anyone got in to the same problem ?
