[hpsdr] Matrix of Application vs Firmware

Hi Berndt,

Bill, KD5TFD, is currently working on providing PowerSDR with the same 
network discovery features that HPSDRProgrammer and KISS Konsole have. 
Bill's recovering from a rather nasty virus (not the PC kind), hence the 
delay.

To answer my own question:

PowerSDR failed to find the correct interface on the network to which
Metis was connected, although HPSDRProgrammer and Kiss R409 had no
problems finding it. This issue was resolved after disabling and
removing a virtual network interface (created by Virtualbox ?) on the
Windows 7 system.
