[hpsdr] Vac & Kiss Konsole

Dear Pat,

True to its name, KISS Konsole does NOT support VAC.  You could make your
own branch and add such support.  It is, after all, 'Keep It Simple Stupid'
so that people can learn from it.  If you add such support, and it looks
good, and it doesn't obscure the KISS aspects of KISS Konsole, it MIGHT be
adopted back into the main line of development.
