[hpsdr] Hermes - initial powerup

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for that - I'm sure there will be other errors that need to be
corrected at this early stage.

I presently don't have a Hermes board; writing all the code based on just
a photo was really exciting!

Please send me a high res photo.
