[hpsdr] Hermes - initial powerup

Hi George

I'm pleased to announce KISS (Unified) V1.1.9 works with Hermes.
As you predicted I do get an error message:

Warning - Mercury code version is V1.3
Must be V2.7 or higher

IP & MAC are displayed correctly within the setup form.

Now to raid my connector box for an SMA to BNC adaptor and get an antenna connected :)
