[hpsdr] CW, and Atom Processor

Well I may have finally over taxed my little Atom.
I had not previously used HPSDR for CW, decided it was about time to give it a whirl.
Made up nice interface box using 9 pin connector on Ozy.
Terrible sounding CW, cleaned key contacts and adjusted key, no luck.
Hooked up to trusty 920 and all sounds fine.
My guess is the Atom is maxed out I had all kinds of delays and artifacts using key.
Probably time to upgrade the shack PC.
