Hi All,
RF Power Systems makes the broadband transformers for CCI. They have a handy table of operating Z for different sizes of single shielded teflon Wire. I've had good luck using #24 for 25 ohm cable. I used #24 on a couple MRI amps I have converted 160 through 6 meters. I used RG188 for 50 ohm baluns. The 1200 watt final I'm using now has the same gain on 6 meters as 160 meters.  I used type 61 in the drain circuit. The amp came with type 43 in the input transformers and required no modifications to get down to 160. I've found transmission line transformers work much better than brass tube primaries.
