[hpsdr] Problems with Mercury und Penelope update

Hello all !

I tried to update my HPSDR boards (for work with Alex).

I updated METIS with the HPSDRProgrammer ver 1.6.
METIS update was ok - it has version 1.8 now .
I tried to update MERCURY from 2.9 to 3.2 i got the message:

...
Loaded successfully.
Erasing Flash ... (takes several seconds)
Error: erase timeout - power cycle and try again ?

Same problem with PENELOPE.
