[hpsdr] Locking up

Hi all,

I can confirm that it also happens here with PowerSDR. A further test
showed that, even if the hardware wasn't connected to a console (PSDR or
cuSDR), i.e. no data sending from the hardware to the PC, that after a
while I heard a relais clicking. I could not see what LEDs changed in that
moment.

So it seems to be a temperature problem.
