[hpsdr] cuSDR V0.3.1.2

Dear All,

next updates of cuSDR 32/64-Bit.

A font-mismatch/missing causing an application crash has finally been
found. Also, some improvements of HPSDR network device (Metis/Hermes)
detecting has been made.
During device detection a message is shown in the status bar at the bottom
of the application. As long as this message is shown, the application will
not respond.

As usual, all changes are documented in the README.

P.S. If you try to compile the sources on Ubuntu: please follow the advices
of Berndt, VK5ABN, given here on the reflector.
