There's an interview with Bruce Perens on Slashdot.org today.  He answers a number of
questions on his work and philosophy.

He also mentions TAPR several times, including his description of people making 'open
hardware' and of groups promoting a good 'open hardware license'.  He points out that he
believes that TAPR has deprecated the 'NCL' (No Compete License) in favor of the Open
hardware license that TAPR promotes.
