[hpsdr] No network connection to Hermes

My computer is not making the connection to Hermes. The machine is an MSI
GT680R laptop running windows 7.

It fails on both PowerSDR and cuSDR.

It still fails with protections disabled.

The computer connects to an Anritsu MS2034 spectrum/network analyzer using
the same local area port with the same cable (not connected at same time).
Details of the port are listed below.

The Hermes board connects to and runs fine on another computer also running
window 7 with no problem.

Can see or suggest where to look for the problem?

Local Area Port.
