[hpsdr] Hermes Safely Arrived in VK7

Greetings All,

     Hermes has safely arrived in Hobart Tasmania - VK7.

Thanks to the many people who donated and continue to donate their time 
and effort to this very highly quality "bleeding edge" product.

Now to the instructions to get it working!

This one will be shown along with the original HPSDR at the Biennial VK7 
Central Highlands Hamfest on 1 December 2012.
