[hpsdr] Hermes sees first RF

Used latest installer plugged in network cable powered up Hermes started PWRSDR and all work FB! This was on my trusted 12 volt XP Atom machine. No issues at all!
Tnx to all who put so much time and effort into bring this to reality. Now to lash up Hercules and all will be FB for winter indoor radio Dxing! BTW CW is also finally a true non issue works fine for me.
