G'day Glen,

I believe that ghpsdr hasn't been updated to reflect the recent changes
in firmware. I'm currently running cuSDR64 on Ubuntu 12.04LTS available
from the OpenHPSDR website. The executables are MS Windows binaries and
you will have to download the source code from the SVN repository and
compile it yourself for you platform.
