[hpsdr] cuSDR V0.3.1.1

G'day Hermann,

have a look at the patch for cusdr_hpsdrIO.cpp. I had to set
socket.bind() option to "DefaultForPlatform". Without it, cuSDR builds
but won't run. The reminder of patch files deal with setting the correct
paths for the QtMultimedia headers - see patch file for the project
file.
