Dave

What you are looking for is:
SMA END LAUNCH PCB MNT JACK .062 GOLD Amphenol Connex # 132289
Mouser # 523-132289 $4.64
Digikey # ACX1426-ND $6.23

Not certain what you are referencing for the ferrite beads but you
might check out Kits & Parts
http://www.kitsandparts.com/toroids.php
He is reasonable & does not have any minimum order requirements.
Shipping usually by USPS which is normally less than Digikey

The Wireman sells RG178 by the foot for $0.63 /ft Item # 157 and 100+
feet @ $0.55 / ft
http://thewireman.com/coaxp.html
He also has some Ferrite beads

Do you plan to include a brass strip or a solid piece of PCB and the SMT
resistors ?
