[hpsdr] cuSDR on Mac

I am running cuSDR on a 27" Imac on 32 bit XP in a bootcamp partition.  It
runs just fine, in fact when cuSDR is in full screen mode, it is one of the
nicest looking SDR programs I've seen.

It would be nice to run it in OSx but then I would not have access to my
contest and rig control programs.
