[hpsdr] working with ghpsdr3

There is a nice online display of those stations that are sharing their 
receivers using ghpsdr3-alex: http://qtradio.napan.ca/qtradio/qtradio.pl

and there are comprehensive build instructions for QtRadio (ghpsdr)
here: http://napan.ca/ghpsdr3/index.php/QtRadio_Installation
(if you are using Ubuntu you can cut and paste the sudo commands).
