[hpsdr] Cyclops for Hermes (or Mercury)

Hi Andrew, Phil, All,

since Phil mentioned cuSDR and its wide band scope, I just want to note
that the zooming of the wide band is still buggy (a long known bug which
has to be corrected finally). The application might crash.

Re cuSDR crashing: don't hit 'AGC user' - the application will crash
consistently. :-(
An update will be uploaded soon.
