[hpsdr] Hermes VNA User Guide update

All,

An updated version of the Hermes VNA User Guide  (V1.7) will be available 
shortly from  openHPSDR.org \Documents.

This has more details regarding installing .NET 4.0, some examples as to how 
to calculate the number of Steps to take and some notes regarding installing 
RFSim99.

Thanks to all those who provided feedback on the operation of VNA.exe and 
the documentation.
