[hpsdr] HRD and Windows 7, curiouser and curiouser - again!

Hi Ken,
Thanks for suggestions. I don't think VAC itself is the issue since its control panel shows the connections working. Its more likely to be a networking issue. Will try Larry when I have exhausted a number of other things to try.

Hi Peter,
check with larryj_75 - W0AY <larry at foxgulch.com> who seems to have 
solved many VAC and other problems. Perhaps he has a similar setup and 
can assist with items to check.
