[hpsdr] New Ozy_Janus and Mercury V3.3 available

All,

A new version of Ozy_Janus (V2.3) is now available and will be distributed 
with all future releases of  PowerSDR and KISS Konsole. This supports the 
recent new features that allow control of multiple Alex boards etc.  The 
source code is available in SVN.

Unfortunately there was an error in the recently released Mercury V3.3 in 
that it did not support manual mode switching of a second Alex board.  There 
is a new release of V3.3 available that corrects this which will be 
available after 00:00 GMT.  Apologies to those who have already installed 
the previous version.
